SHARK EYES - SURF APNEA COURSE

Course Duration: 1 day (08:00 - 15:30)

Instructors: 2 of WA’s most experienced watermen.

Whether you are a weekend warrior, or a full jet this course is for you!

No matter what level your surfing is at, this course is a game changer. 

Further your breath hold, mental game, recovery, improve skill set and ultimately boost confidence in the ocean. 

Full 1 day face to face course, short theory session, land based practical session, followed by an ocean session.

Course includes :

• Basic anatomy and breath work theory
• Apnea training principals
• Mental training and relaxation techniques
• Breathing techniques for better performance
• Ocean rescue techniques
• Wipeout training

Course requirements :

• 15+ years of age
• BYO - dive mask, warmest wetty, lunch, water, sun protection
• Being able to swim will help!
