Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Not purchased as a sale item
  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Free from damage, wear, alteration, or misuse

 

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for free refunds or free change-of-mind exchanges.

If a sale item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative size, subject to stock availability, but the customer is to pay for the shipping label.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges on sale items.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

Unless on sale, We are happy to exchange items freely one time only for a different size or product, subject to stock availability. Please email us asking for a free shipping label. If you are still not happy with your purchase please email us notifying us and ship it back to us. Customers will need to cover shipping the second time.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

We will also cover any return shipping costs. Please email us asking for a return label.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service like Aus post when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
