To extend the life of your Hybrid, always rinse thoroughly in fresh water after use. Hang to dry in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources. Store flat or hung on a wide hanger to maintain shape. Avoid folding or compressing for long periods.

How flexible is it for high-movement activities?
Despite its extra thickness, it’s impressively flexible. Similar to your standard 3/2. We use premium limestone neoprene and carefully mapped paneling to allow full mobility.

This is a true Hybrid – not just a surf suit with add-ons. It includes a loading pad, secure dive pocket, articulated knees, and other multi-sport features. Our internal/external neoprene and foam are trade secrets – exclusive to us.

Great flexibility for 4/4mm, feels like a 3/2mm flexibility with the warmth of a 4/4mm. Only suggestion would be some liquid seals for the seams, otherwise a great wetsuit. Love having the hood to cover up my neck and occasionally wear it for those onshore days.

Hybrid 4/4 Hooded Steamer review (Surfing)
I just picked up the Shark Eyes Hybrid 4mm Hooded Steamer. At first, I thought I’d gone too small when I tried it on. Once it settled in, the fit was perfect. I’m 5'4" and 63 kg, and the XS fits spot-on. Their sizing chart is definitely accurate.
I’ve surfed in it once so far and it handled everything well. Flexible to paddle, warm the whole session, and no leaks. Stays snug without feeling restrictive. The built-in hood is a big plus since my ears usually get freezing during early sessions, and this solves that without choking my neck when I pull it down as the day warms up.
