Full 1 day face to face course, short theory session, land based practical session, followed by an ocean session.

- Basic anatomy and breath work theory
- Apnea training principals
- Mental training and relaxation techniques
- Breathing techniques for better performance
- Ocean rescue techniques
- Wipeout training
Course requirements :
- 15+ years of age
- BYO - dive mask, warmest wetty, lunch, water, sun protection
- Cost $299 p/p
